We always vet our partner properties carefully and do our best to only use partners who are working towards reducing their impact in all facets of their operations, including single-use plastics, water consumption, and waste and recycling practices.
For 30 years, &BEYOND has been building a vision that, through the support of our guests, allows us to run sustainable operations in natural places that need to be preserved. "Regenerative travel is a deep passion for me – a love that started at a very young age. Growing up in South Africa, with parents who travelled extensively, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to journey in-and-around South and Southern Africa. It is exactly these experiences that instilled a life-long love for the continent I live on, and eventually led me to study tourism, which paved the way to my first job at andBeyond in 1998. You can never get tired of exploring Africa – there is always something to discover!"
